💦 Deep Cleaning & Washing

• High-pressure power washing: Blasting away deep-seated dirt, grime, bird droppings, and mud from bricks, concrete, pavers, or natural stone.

• Surface rotary cleaning: Using a specialized flat surface cleaner attachment (a round "hover" washer) to clean large areas evenly without leaving streak marks or splashing dirty water onto walls.

• Algae, moss, and lichen removal: Applying eco-friendly chemical treatments or high heat to kill slippery green algae, thick moss, and stubborn white/black lichen spots.

• Oil and stain treatment: Using specialized degreasers and chemical pull-out agents to lift stubborn oil drops, tire marks, rust stains, or barbecue grease from the pavement.

🌱 Weed & Vegetation Eradication

• Joint scraping: Manually or mechanically scraping out thick weeds, grass, and deep roots growing between the paving joints.

⏳ Joint Restoration & Sanding (Invegen)

• Joint rinsing: Blasting out old, dirty sand, mud, and organic matter from between the pavers so the cracks can be filled cleanly.

• Locking sand sweeping: Sweeping fresh, clean infill sand (like silver sand or kiln-dried silica sand) across the clean pavement to completely fill the empty joints.

• Polymer sand application (Optional upgrade): Installing advanced polymer jointing sand that hardens when misted with water, creating a flexible barrier that permanently blocks weeds and ants.
